Black Box, pictorial

Here comes our project 3A..all of the students were asked to do out a model which consists of 8 cubes..then, produce an orthographic drawing with plan, front elevation and side elevation...This time, we are going to use A1 sized paper to build our own cubes..something interesting is, we feel A2 sized paper are small after using A1 sized paper!
The small cubes produced after cut and paste...
Taping.....

Finally, all the 8 cubes are completed!
Started to get all the 8 cubes into a shaped model...
and here comes the produce..FRONT ELEVATION

Natural structure - The Maple Leaf

This week, students are given a task to draw out a natural structure using geomatrical shape design. Without any hesitation, i decided to draw a maple leaf. This is because maple leaf is unique in shape. It has several parts of division which is different from other leaf. Besides, it also looks like a man's hand with five fingers, fascinating!

Get to work after searching billions type of maple leaf...
Start with drawing its shape out...
Then, using many small triangle to build up larger triangle, which then build up the shape of the maple leaf.
Draft of the maple leaf. This would probably how the final product looks like.
Choose the different combinations of colour...
Get my draft into real A3 cartridge paper...draw carefully so that both side of the leaf are equal...
After colouring and writing description essay about it, here comes the final product!

My favorite point of view of HBP...

When we were asked to produce a sketch of HBP school building from an angle that may deem appropriate, my very first though is to draw the building of resource center. It is because this building is said to be one of the most representative building in school of HBP.
It's outside view which seems to reflect at the vertical center line...
Get the work started..roughly go through all the complicated details on draft first...
Insert all the objects...toning outline of some objects to show it's darker or shaded region...
Write some description about the building..abit more to shading...
Finish! edited to darker colour, lighter colour in real product...

My Project of HBP

In our first class, we were asked to draw out our own logo and sketch our own face. Gosh! it is pretty hard to me because i am not that good in designing, drawing and sketching. A few ideals come out, but ended up with throw-into-trash.
First try of logo! Obviously, failed.

   Evolution from my first try...

Try.......again and again......
At last, i decided to use something which look like this as My Logo.

A few combinations of colour for my logo. Set of red, blue and green is my final choice.
Continue with my try on face sketching......
Here comes the most difficult part - eye sketching of human face! Tried out so many times just to draw out eyes which approach to my real eyes. Is it SO HARD!
Ok, it's time to get my draft into A3 cartridge paper. Firstly, roughly sketch out the A3 paper to ensure all the measurements layout correctly.
Calculate all the small part of measurement of my logo so that it fit nicely into A3 cartridge paper...
Draw out my logo with those measurements. Yeah! It does fit nicely at the center of 230 x 230mm slot. Continue my next step with colouring it and writing description essay.

And here goes the final product! Project 1A -  My Link (Line and Shape)
Finish up the same things on face sketching's project. Last but not least, draw my small logo on the bottom left and write a short passage of my data. Done! Project 1B - Me, Myself and I
Efforts come fruition, indeed!
Oh yeah, CCF stands for "Chong Choon Full"
